Subject Access Requests

A subject access request can be a few pages or several hundred, and it often takes much more time than expected. We come into your practice and manage the whole process, planned around your deadline from day one.

From £300. The true size of a request often only becomes clear once the work begins, so larger or more complex requests are charged by the day. We always agree any change in scope with you first.
CQC registration and application project management

For practices, clinics and other services that need to register with the CQC. Registering, or adding a new service or location, has a lot of moving parts. We lead the project from start to finish so nothing gets missed.

Staff training
On-site
Short, practical sessions for front-of-house, dispensary and clinical teams covering handling patient information, spotting and reporting breaches, and what to do when a subject access request comes in.
